FRESH Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Face Mask Review

Something a little different from my fortnightly fragrance review, let’s talk about more masks! I was really excited for this launch as it consists of two of my favourite things: masks and cocktails~ Well I have heard so much of the famed mixologists at Tippling Club (Ding Dong is their sister brand btw), so you can imagine my joy being able to witness Chef Ryan Clift in action with some funky ingredients, like citrus caviar, for Fresh.

I would have second servings any time…

It also happened to be Fresh‘s 25th Anniversary! Love your masks, always ♥

Alright, I shall now tease you any further; let’s get back to business. Simply gathering hints from the above pictures, I reckon you can tell that FRESH Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Face Mask has loads of citrusy notes in it.

In fact, this concentrated fruit paste actually contains 50% crushed oranges, lemons and clementines with AHA fruit acids to help gently exfoliate and smooth the skin. So you can definitely expect a mouth-watering vitamin fruit complex of said citrus extracts, vitamin C, E and B5 on top of revitalizing minerals… all on your face!

Now look at the gloopy gel texture, doesn’t it just reminds you of marmalade? Yet it smells even better than one! So mouth-watering saccharine and delicious, I couldn’t help but took a tiny bit to taste. LOL. Well, let’s just stick to putting it on our face ok? :p

FRESH Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Face Mask is so gentle, you can use it for up to 2-3 times a week – especially on days when your skin is looking all dull. Simply massage the bits of fruit around your skin during application as a form of mild exfoliating to reveal a radiant, healthy complexion. Ideally, I’ll recommend to use a wet washcloth for thorough removal, or just wash it off in the shower~

For myself, I like to use this as the first step to my Fresh masking ritual. Basically it goes like this: FRESH Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Face Mask (exfoliate) – Umbrian Clay Purifying Clay (purify/detoxify) – Rose Face Mask (hydrate). Even when using this trio on a weekly basis, my skin doesn’t feel taut; instead, it clarifies and look much healthier. If you’re in a rush or would like to prep up before a special date, you can always replace the Rose Mask with a sheet mask and just enjoy looking all glowy and dewy without much makeup needed! I find this especially handy when I feel like skipping my base makeup on date nights but still want to look flawless. x
